The 2nd regular album of SM Entertainment’s next-generation group’NCT’ is showing its resilience in the US Billboard main album chart ‘Billboard 200’.
According to the Billboard chart released on the 5th (Korean local time), ‘NCT? The Second Album Resonance Part 1”, which was issued on Oct 12, 2020, took 36th place in ‘Billboard 200’ on the 9th of January 2021, by running three steps backwards from last week. This is the sixth week staying in the chart. This album stayed out of the rankings for a while and re-entered last week.
This album was previously ranked 6th in ‘Billboard 200’, ‘World Album’, ‘Independent Album’ 1st place, ‘Social 50’, ‘Top Album Sales’, ‘Top Current Album Sales’, ‘Tastemaker Album’ 2nd place, ‘Artist 100’. It has entered the top 10 of the eight Billboard charts, including third place in the ‘Artist 100’.
On the other hand, NCT recorded 2.68 million album sales with its 2nd regular album, becoming a ‘Double Million Seller’, and also ranked first on the monthly charts in December on various album charts of Korea such as Hanteo Chart, Gaon Retail Album Chart, and Yes24.
